In a first of its kind study published in 9 languages, businesses and leaders themselves in historically marginalized communities defined funding and services they need to thrive – and how they should be delivered. The results are being used to build innovative, non-traditional financial products recommended by these communities.

Our role: We secured funding, developed the survey instrument, performed the research and analyzed results, wrote and oversaw the publication for the Washington State Department of Commerce.
